Our shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am until 5:00pm (we’re closed on weekends and bank holidays).

Nope! You’re more than welcome to pop in to our Groeslon store whenever is most convenient for you. We’ll just take a few details from you when you arrive in store with your computer and you can leave it with us. Though of course, you’re more than welcome to call ahead if you’d like a chat first.

We’ll run some diagnostics on your laptop/PC and offer you a full quote before we go ahead with any repair work, so you can decide if you would like to go ahead. We charge a £25 fee for diagnostics but this fee if waived if you choose to go ahead with any repairs with us; if we don’t recommend the repair (e.g. if it isn’t an economically viable option) then we won’t charge you a penny.

There’s loads we can do to get your laptop running even faster than the day you bought it! We can carry out a full service (a bit like a MOT for your laptop) and/or recommend hardware upgrades such as a super speedy SSD upgrade or increase your RAM for smoother muli-tasking. We’re happy to advise what we’d recommend for your laptop, and if the time has come for a replacement, then we can help you with choosing a laptop that’s right for you and help with data transfer from your old machine if you’d like.
